Daniel Lim is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, a certified StrengthsAsia Coach-Facilitator, registered MOE facilitator and a CPE Registered Associate Lecturer with 17 years’ experience in education management, previously served in leadership roles - international business and recruitment, business development, marketing and communication for Singaporean Private Education Institutions and an Australian University.

He is currently the Director for Regional Partners Relation for a global management accounting certification body. His strengths motto is being “great to significant”; his expertise is in Education Strategy and Team Engagement.

His coaching experience includes one-to-one coaching with senior academics in the education sector, head of marketing of a health and wellness conglomerate, a business-owner, student club leaders, and his own team of 12 staff when he introduced CliftonStrengths® to his organization.

Daniel is also the founder partner of Enable Asia, a Singaporean Social Enterprise focused on raising awareness for Dementia and caregivers’ stress.
