Currently, she oversees the expansion and development of Chinese speaking markets globally, bringing awareness and inspiration to people on how they can be better in their work and life. As a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths coach, Caris works closely with Kim Pong in customizing Chinese workshops to client in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She also assists to facilitate workshops and provide 1-1 coaching in both English and Chinese.

Caris has more than 15 years of experience in Business and Client development in the Fitness Industry, Club Memberships, Education and Business Associations. She brings vast experience in managing people of diverse background and professions.
