As the first Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Thailand, plus a certified LEGO Serious Play Facilitator, his specific areas of expertise include employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness and leadership development. He has spent his entire career on the consulting side, having worked at Gallup, Ernst & Young, Mitsui & Co., Potentia and Aon Hewitt, and is currently the Managing Director of GenWhy Consulting.

He is a graduate of the BBA International Program at Thammasat University. A retired basketball point guard and amateur poet, he is now an aspiring author and a wannabe songwriter.
