Kim Pong is the CEO and Founder of StrengthsAsia. At StrengthsAsia, he is a coach, a speaker, and a facilitator. His vision is to help everyone in every organization in Asia to know who they are at their very best and how they can bring this best to impact their families, work, relationships, communities, and nations. He calls this, his game of the impossible.

Under the leadership of Kim Pong, StrengthsAsia has one of the largest strengths-based coaching platforms in Asia. The Gallup Organization recognizes him as among Asia’s most accomplished practitioners of strengths-based development and talent management strategies.

In his strengths engagement work with the tertiary and educational institutions, he is a faculty member on the “Smith Leadership Program for Women” in Smith College (Boston), and the “Strengths Based Leadership for Church Leaders Program” in the Tung Ling Bible School of Leadership. He is also the regular coach for the National University of Singapore’s ongoing “Emerging Leaders Program”.

Kim Pong is among the first 20 Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in the world and he was trained by his mentor, Curt Lisveld, who was a giant in the world of strengths engagement.
